Tierra Verde Crossbody
Your everyday, anywhere bag. The Tierra Verde Crossbody is designed to keep up with whatever the day—or night—brings. Its striking Zapotec arrow motif is set against soft and deep shades of sage, accented with warm rust and cream tones that echo the fresh greens and sun-baked earth of the Oaxaca valley as spring unfolds. The pattern carries generations of weaving tradition while adding natural color and character to an easy, versatile silhouette.
Lightweight and comfortable with its adjustable strap, this crossbody keeps your essentials close and your hands free. Inside, two open pockets help keep everything organized while you’re on the move. From casual daytime errands to evenings out, the Tierra Verde Crossbody pairs effortlessly with denim, boots, or your favorite dress—bringing a touch of handcrafted style wherever you go.

Each piece is handwoven using traditional techniques, and slight variations in color are a natural part of the process. Differences in dye lots, fiber absorption, and the artisan’s individual touch can result in subtle shifts in tone from one bag to the next. These variations are not imperfections, but a reflection of the handmade nature of each piece—making every bag uniquely its own.
Our artisan partners utilize aniline and natural dyes, including indigo.
As a natural part of the carbon cycle, wool is one of earth’s most sustainable materials. Energy from plants is converted to wool through the sheep, and the sheep’s manure helps more plants grow. This is a natural and renewable process that is gentle on the animals, and the environment.
In addition to the light footprint of wool’s creation, it is a quality and long-lasting fiber, which means that wool lasts longer and requires less laundering than other textiles. Wool is also one of the most recycled fibers, and eventually, at the end of its life, it is one of the most biodegradable.

Many of the traditional designs found on our Mexico Collection are taken from pre-Hispanic Zapotec ruins such as Mitla and Monte Alban. Each of these symbols has a deep cultural meaning to the people who weave them. We are honored to share these beautiful designs with the world.
